Scratch Shelf support

Scratch Shelf is a private shelf for research your AI saves for you, with an iPhone app to read it. Here are the most common questions. If yours isn't here, email mercies-tangent-6p@icloud.com.

How do I connect my AI?

See the steps on the home page. In short: add a custom connector in your AI app with the address https://scratchshelf.pages.dev/mcp, press Connect, and sign in.

My phone shows an empty shelf

Your phone and your AI have to use the same sign-in. If you connected your AI with Google but signed in to the iPhone app with Apple (or the other way round), they are two different accounts. Sign out in the app's Settings and sign in with the same one you used for your AI.

How do I delete something?

Use the Delete buttons in the app, or ask your AI to delete an item or a list. This removes it and its images.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account and all data. This permanently removes your account, lists, items and images. See the privacy policy for details.

An image didn't save

Some websites block downloads or serve images in a form we can't use. Ask your AI to try a different direct image link for the same item.
